Order Printing and Shipping Delays?

Our fulfillment times may take up to 3 weeks to complete and may continue to increase due to Covid-19.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.​



Accepted payment methods?

 

We accept card payments with MasterCard and VISA or payment via PayPal.  We do not accept checks or purchase orders.

 

Payment & Shipping

 

The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order.

 

Returns & Refunds:

 

You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 7 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We need the returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unworn and with original labels still attached. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable(buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping).  When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.  A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only.
